We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our CFD brokerage operations in Thailand.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners to grow the partner network in your region.
  • Build and manage a profitable partner portfolio through long-term relationships and business growth.
  • Support partners with tailored solutions and strategic insights to meet their business needs.
  • Drive business development in existing and new markets to boost revenue and presence.
  • Ensure all partner activities follow company policies, regulations, and brand standards.
  • Represent the company at events like expos, trainings, and seminars, including occasional travel.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for partner acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Keep accurate records of partner interactions, opportunities, and progress in CRM.
  • Report regularly to management on partner performance, risks, and improvement areas.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Deep understanding of trading platforms, client needs, and competitive strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
  • Willingness to travel across Thailand and Southeast Asia as required.
