Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our CFD brokerage operations in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new partners to grow the partner network in your region.
- Build and manage a profitable partner portfolio through long-term relationships and business growth.
- Support partners with tailored solutions and strategic insights to meet their business needs.
- Drive business development in existing and new markets to boost revenue and presence.
- Ensure all partner activities follow company policies, regulations, and brand standards.
- Represent the company at events like expos, trainings, and seminars, including occasional travel.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for partner acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Keep accurate records of partner interactions, opportunities, and progress in CRM.
- Report regularly to management on partner performance, risks, and improvement areas.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
- Deep understanding of trading platforms, client needs, and competitive strategies.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Willingness to travel across Thailand and Southeast Asia as required.
