📍 Location: Bangkok, Thailand (4 days market visits + 1 day office-based)
Compensation
- Basic Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB / month (≈ RMB 8.5K – 13K) × 12 months
- Monthly KPI Bonus: 10,000 – 20,000 THB (≈ RMB 2.2K – 4.4K)
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for channel development, distributor management, and market operations in Thailand, accelerating Ugreen’s brand localization and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Channel & Distributor Management
- Assist distributors in developing and maintaining strong channel relationships.
- Monitor channel sales performance and market demand to improve customer satisfaction.
- Support expansion of store coverage and increase product SKU availability.
Market Development
- Conduct regular offline store visits with distributors.
- Enhance brand image at existing stores and follow up on channel expansion opportunities.
- Drive improvements in offline brand visibility.
Product Strategy
- Assist in formulating local product strategies.
- Support timely product launches that align with local market needs.
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing strategies, including online and offline campaigns.
Market Insights & Competitor Analysis
- Track market demand, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop localized brand promotion strategies to strengthen market positioning.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of Thailand’s consumer electronics sales channels.
- Familiarity with consumer electronics products and competitors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Thai.
- Sincere, proactive, strong problem-solving skills, with a high sense of responsibility and execution.
