Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive the company's sales strategy and business growth in Thailand
  • Own and deliver the sales plan and revenue targets
  • Build, develop, and manage relationships with key partners, clients, and strategic accounts
  • Identify and onboard new partners and business opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Introduce and position the company's products and solutions to clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to management on sales performance and market dynamics

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a leadership role
  • A background in financial markets/forex/banking/insurance is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to work independently and lead teams
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and result-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required
