Job Description

Business Development Manager 

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts to grow the business by finding new opportunities, building client relationships, and forming strategic partnerships. You'll use market insights to improve our services and help shape the company's growth and success.

Job Description:

  • Working directly with line Head of Business and clients, taking briefs, making proposals, and proposing to the Manager/Head of media business or clients.
  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their marketing needs;
  • Working with other team members to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
  • Presenting alongside agency colleagues (particularly the line manager)
  • Manage sales results of the team to achieve a given monthly/quarterly/yearly target.
  • Identify and generate potential profitable business relationships/ opportunities by studying integration of new growth areas/ trends accompanied with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.
  • Screens potential business deals of yours by analyzing the situation, understanding client's needs and being able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
  • Propose potential business deals and close/generate profitable business relationships/deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities, coordinating requirements; developing and convincing clients with support from internal/function teams; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Build good relationships with other departments, clients and agencies.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from any background.
  • Good command of English.
  • Experience as Sales at least 3+ years in Digital Advertising business. Well known about Digital Marketing, KOL Management and other Social Media products.
  • Has a network in local and global Agencies business.
  • Result-oriented mind with passion for work.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with a good sense of responsibility.
