Merchant Self-Registration Management: Drive the growth of the MSR channel by encouraging merchants to complete self-onboarding onto the platform.
Ads and Budget Management: Manage and optimize advertising spend dedicated to promoting merchant self-registration, ensuring effective cost per acquisition.
Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with the Merchant Media team to align marketing campaigns, messaging, and merchant outreach initiatives.
Onboarding and Activation Targets: Meet KPIs for the number of onboarded outlets and ensure a strong rate of open and active outlets post-registration.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in the MSR process to enhance merchant conversion and reduce onboarding drop-off.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, project management, or related areas.
Experience in managing advertising or paid media campaigns is a plus.
Strong coordination, project management, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
