Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Media Sales, or Commercial Sales, particularly within Travel Technology, Digital Platforms, Applications, Media, Advertising, or Technology-related businesses.

The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, experience in partnership acquisition and revenue generation, and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end commercial process — from identifying opportunities and pitching partners to negotiating commercial terms and closing deals.

This role will play an important part in driving revenue growth for the platform through strategic partnerships, sponsorship campaigns, in-app media, airport media screens, advertising solutions, and other monetization opportunities within the Airport & Travel application ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new business partners, advertisers, sponsors, agencies, and strategic alliances to expand the platform ecosystem and generate revenue
  • Independently manage the end-to-end commercial and partnership process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, proposal development, contract coordination, execution, and deal closure
  • Develop and sell commercial partnership opportunities including in-app media, airport media screens, sponsorship campaigns, advertising solutions, and platform monetization packages
  • Create integrated commercial packages combining digital media, airport exposure, platform privileges, campaigns, and partnership benefits
  • Explore new revenue streams, business opportunities, and strategic collaborations for the platform application
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners, clients, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring, particularly within travel technology, digital platforms, media, and advertising industries
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and commercial performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve monetization performance
  • Prepare business proposals, sponsorship decks, commercial presentations, reports, and partnership materials for management and external partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, product, operations, design, and technical teams to ensure successful campaign and partnership execution
  • Manage sales pipelines, partnership performance, campaign deliverables, and commercial KPIs to ensure revenue objectives are achieved
  • Support strategic initiatives, campaign collaborations, and platform expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, Communications, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Commercial Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Sponsorship, or related roles
  • Experience in Travel Technology, Digital Platforms, Applications, OTA, Media, Advertising, E-commerce, or Technology-related businesses is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in partner acquisition, commercial negotiations, sponsorship sales, or revenue generation
  • Ability to independently manage and close business deals from initial approach to execution
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Commercial mindset with strong business acumen and revenue-oriented thinking
  • Confidence in communicating and presenting to external partners, brands, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus
