Develop and implement new business opportunities, creating and executing plans for new features and services.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and propose strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
Improve and optimize business processes, working to enhance efficiency and clarity across the organization.
Build strong relationships both externally and internally, across departments, to influence outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
Provide administrative support relating to new business launch as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with experience in business development or market research.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, optimize processes, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Have knowledge in overseas education is a plus.
Excellent command of English.
