Job Description

  • Develop and implement new business opportunities, creating and executing plans for new features and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and propose strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Improve and optimize business processes, working to enhance efficiency and clarity across the organization.
  • Build strong relationships both externally and internally, across departments, to influence outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide administrative support relating to new business launch as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with experience in business development or market research.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, optimize processes, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have knowledge in overseas education is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English.
