As part of our expansion in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a Business Development or Senior Sales Team Leader to drive growth in the Thailand market.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Growth
- Identify and onboard new institutional and retail clients in the Thailand market
- Expand the broker's presence within local trading communities
- Build and maintain relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and partners
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities
- Identify opportunities to grow the company's market share in Thailand
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Sales Target Management
- Monitor and manage sales performance against targets
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
Community & Partnership Development
- Build and maintain relationships with trading communities, affiliates, KOLs and IB networks
- Expand the company's local partner ecosystem
Events & Community Engagement
- Organize online webinars, offline trading events and community meetups
- Generate new client leads and strengthen brand presence
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with market strategies
- Provide market insights and client feedback to the product team
- Collaborate with partner and affiliate teams to grow the network
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Forex / online trading industry sales
- Strong network within Thailand trading communities or IB networks
- Experience acquiring IB partners, affiliates or retail traders
- Solid understanding of financial markets and trading products
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related fields
- Fluent in Thai and English
