Key Responsibilities
1. Develop & Standardize Commercial Design Models
- Create innovative commercial property concepts that drive revenue growth and EBITDA performance
- Develop branded concept decks tailored to each asset's positioning and target market
- Build standardized, scalable concept packages for internal use and partnership development
2. Drive Property Transformation & Value Creation
- Translate strategic direction into commercially viable lifestyle and mixed-use concepts
- Lead development of concept design packages with feasibility analysis, financial considerations, and execution roadmaps
- Support repositioning and transformation of assets to enhance value and competitiveness
3. Support Revenue & Occupancy Strategies
- Design concepts that improve occupancy, traffic, and overall commercial performance
- Develop implementation-ready briefs grounded in market insights, consumer behavior, and tenant demand
- Collaborate with leasing and business teams to align concept strategy with tenant mix and partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial strategy, retail, or real estate concept planning
- Proven ability in concept development, customer journey design, and commercial feasibility analysis
