Job Description

A global FMCG company is currently expanding its footprint in Thailand. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their team.

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for growing the food service business in Thailand, managing key relationships with distributors and partners, with the objective of growing the business and raising brand visibility. In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Sales team in planning and executing sales strategy, with a focus on increasing market share, driving conversion and winning new accounts.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Experience in the food & beverage or ingredients industry
  • Established network in the food service / HORECA channel with deep understanding of the industry
  • Sales hunter mentality, with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai
