We are looking for a Growth-Driven EV Business Development Specialist—a strategic mind and a relentless executioner who thrives on transforming market insights into high-value infrastructure.
In this role, you won't just follow a playbook; you will write it. You will leverage deep market intelligence to architect our EV charging network expansion, identify lucrative opportunities, and orchestrate high-stakes partnerships from initial pitch to closed deal.
Responsibilities
- Market and Business Structure Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the EV charging station business structure, including regulatory frameworks, revenue streams, operational models, and competitive landscape.
- Strategic Proposal Development: Lead the development of compelling and comprehensive business proposals for potential partners (e.g., property owners, fleet operators, government entities).
- Business Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute long-term and short-term business strategies to achieve market penetration, growth targets, and profitability goals for the charging network.
- Site acquisition: Analyze market data and demographics to effectively choose potential locations for new charging stations, maximizing visibility, utilization, and return on investment.
- Investment Feasibility Analysis: Conduct detailed investment feasibility studies, including financial modeling, ROI calculations, and risk assessments for new projects.
- Customer Behavior Analysis: Utilize and apply knowledge of EV customer charging behavior (e.g., peak times, duration, location preferences) to inform site selection, station design, and pricing strategies.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration in Management Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in investing in or developing EV charging station businesses (e.g., site acquisition, business planning).
- Strong business strategy presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex strategic information to executive-level internal.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- A passion for and current knowledge of the EV industry and sustainable energy transition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai; Chinese is a plus.
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Chinese language skills would be an advantage.
- Demonstrates a high standard of work with a strong commitment to quality, is flexible and adaptable, highly responsible, and able to perform well under pressure.
- A valid driver's license.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
