Business Development Specialist

Position: Business Development

Location: 33/4 The 9th Tower Grand Rama 9, Tower B, 17 Floor, Unit No. TNB05, Rama 9 Road, Huay-Khwang, Huay-Khwang, Bangkok 10310

Working Time: 9:30am-6:30pm

Region: responsible for Laos business operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and develop company's business relationship with potential new clients and

turn this into increased business according to business needs;

2. Recruit and manage the anchors of brokerage companies to provide high-quality content

and maintain relationships with users;

3. A certain level of understanding of the live platform industry is required

4. Plan persuasive approaches and pitches for partners to improve efficiency.

5. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

Qualifications

1. 13+ years of experience in account management, talent/creator management, partnerships, or operationspreferably in live streaming, entertainment, or tech.

2. Good Office (Powerpoint and Excel) skills.Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tracking and performance analysis.

3. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

4. Creativity and proactivity in suggesting improvements and launching engagement initiatives.

5. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English communication. Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
