Discovering the role

Based in Bangkok, this role will support the Business Development Manager based in Singapore by engaging with local customers, preparing proposals and facilitating discussions during customer visits. This role acts as the main point of contact for local client communication, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support in engaging with key clients to understand their operational needs and challenges.
  • Facilitate discussions and communication with local clients in local language, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
  • Present and clearly communicate the value of our solutions and services during client interactions.
  • Prepare proposals, supporting materials tailored to client requirements.
  • Close follow up with clients to maintain engagement and ensure timely responses to inquiries or requests.
  • Attend customer meetings and discussions alongside the Business Development Manager to provide support.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships, understanding evolving needs and supporting client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) to ensure seamless delivery of proposals and solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in any disciplines
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in client engagement, business development support.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with preparing proposals and supporting commercial discussions preferred.
  • Knowledge of technology solutions or services (preferred, but not required).
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and strong interest in client engagement and commercial activities.
  • Comfortable visiting, presenting and interacting with clients
  • Strong ability to manage follow-ups, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Works effectively with colleagues across teams and locations.
