About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Director to lead client partnerships, grow accounts, and guide multidisciplinary teams across Thailand. This role requires a seasoned leader who understands how to build modern brands through social-led ideas, integrated campaigns, and real-time marketing.
You will serve as the senior point of contact for key clientsdriving strategic thinking, creative ambition, operational excellence, and long-term business growth. The ideal candidate brings a mix of client leadership, strategic oversight, people management, and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of Thailand's culture, digital platforms, and consumer behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Growth
- Serve as the senior partner to clients and lead overall business direction
- Build and maintain strong C-level and senior client relationships
- Lead annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and long-term strategic conversations
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support regional growth efforts
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue stability
Strategic & Creative Leadership
- Guide the strategic direction for campaigns, content, and always-on programs
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to shape ideas that are platform-native and culturally relevant
- Ensure work delivers measurable business impact and aligns with client KPIs
- Elevate creative thinking while balancing strategic rigor and business needs
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop account teams across levels; foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Oversee project scoping, staffing, forecasting, and financial performance
- Ensure seamless communication across internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, PM/CP, etc.)
- Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and uphold performance standards
Commercial & Financial Management
- Manage revenue forecasts, profitability, and resourcing
- Negotiate scopes of work, retainers, and project budgets with confidence
- Identify operational efficiencies and improve internal processes
Qualifications & Experience
- 812+ years of experience in account management, brand leadership, or integrated marketing roles
- Proven experience leading large accounts or portfolios in Thailand
- Strong understanding of social platforms, digital culture, and integrated marketing ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client partnerships and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Strong commercial acumencomfortable managing budgets, forecasting, and financials
- Fluent in Thai; English proficiency preferred for regional collaboration
- Experience across CPG, tech, retail, lifestyle, or entertainment categories is a plus
