Principal Accountabilities
- Primary focus on maximizing direct profit across their specific integrated asset base (Liquid/H2 plants, GOX, GAN, LOX, LIN, LAR, H2, Package Gases).
- Lead to contract compliance, and initiate condition that make company to enhance for profit improvement, and also contract related to supplier.
- Provide suggestions to solve the dispute issues with customer and collect BFC (Basic Facility Charge)/ MTOP (Minimum Take or Pay) payments on time from customers.
- Provide suggestions to the MG on LB renewals/contracts in coordination with Business Ecosystem/Business Decision Support/Supply Chain.
- Lead the process of firm bid (P&L suggestion for new customer acquirement).
- Engage with the commercial team to execute against priority growth and margin improvement.
- Serves as primary commercial interface with many of the relevant assets (when not covered by a sales rep with a broader product mix).
- Cooperation with the leadership to overview for business optimization among production, sales volume, and supply chain.
- Review and control new capital expenditure authorization requests.
- Leading the productivity team, to meet the yearly target, including to develop and simplify asset management related work process and procedure.
Requirements
- BS, BA, Engineering background, preferred MBA.
- 10 years up of direct work experiences or related field.
- Experience in coaching in life skills and career development.
- Strong interpersonal and public communication skills needed to cultivate management relations with a diverse group of corporate and intern clients.
- Must possess strong work ethics, integrity, professionalism and be able to perform independently.
- Experience on Continuous Improvement (CI-Belt).
- Strong capacity to manage time and priorities.
- Must be able to travel as needed.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and Database Management.
- Good command of English both writing and speaking.
- Strong facilitator and project management skills.
