Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Sales Support
- Support the sales team with data management, organization, and analysis; provide sales operation support using Excel and internal systems.
- Design and execute internal and external operational activities to improve conversion rates of existing customers and enhance brand image.
- Support the sales team in achieving service-related goals, including course consumption tracking and service SOP execution.
- Assist in the implementation of operational projects assigned by headquarters; identify operational issues, provide timely feedback, and propose solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years of sales or operations experience in the education industry is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong coordination and logical communication skills.
- Strong data analysis capability and business insight; eager to learn, innovate, and share best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Thai.
