Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Partnerships (30%)
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with ICO Portal, web 3.0 partners, CRM partnership, and high-net-worth investors.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Support executives in preparing proposals, term sheets, and partnership agreements.
- Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
2. Project Management & Research (40%)
- Conduct research and in-depth analysis on Digital Assets, RWA, and investment trends.
- Deliver actionable insights, feasibility studies, and case analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and track projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
3. Investor Relations & Marketing (20%)
- Assist in designing and executing investor engagement activities such as events, and private meetups.
- Develop presentations, pitch decks, and investor communications with professional standards.
- Ensure consistent branding and corporate identity across all investor-facing materials.
4. Execution & Administration (10%)
- Manage project documentation, contracts, proposals, and financial paperwork.
- Maintain a structured database of investors and strategic partners.
- Demonstrate discipline, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership in daily tasks.
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in Business Development, Investor Relations, Marketing, or Project Management.
- Strong interest and understanding of Digital Assets, Blockchain, Finance, and Investments.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
- A self-starter with strong ownership, proactive attitude, and adaptability.
- Solid negotiation and deal-closing skills in partnership contexts.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
