HAUP is Thailand's leading car-sharing platform, revolutionizing the way people move by providing seamless, app-based vehicle access. As we continue to scale our ecosystem across Southeast Asia, we are looking for a high-energy Business & Project Development Associate to help drive our strategic growth initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing end-to-end projects, and building partnerships that expand our fleet footprint and user base.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership & Sales- Identify and pitch to potential partners, including property developers (condos/malls), corporate fleets, and EV infrastructure providers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage the onboarding process for new HAUP Stations.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term retention and site optimization.
2. Project Management- Lead the launch of new service lines (e.g., EV integration, corporate subscriptions, or micro-mobility).
- Coordinate across internal departments—Operations, Marketing, and Tech—to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
3. Market Analysis & Insights- Conduct market research on mobility trends, competitor pricing, and urban planning to identify hot zones for expansion.
- Analyze station performance data to recommend relocations or fleet adjustments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Partnerships, or Management Consulting. (Experience in Startups or Logistics is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent command of Thai and English (both written and spoken). You must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. You should be able to look at a spreadsheet and tell a story with the data.
- Agility: A get-it-done attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
