Job Description

Pacifica Elements Co., Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven B2B Sales Executive to grow institutional and wholesale revenue channels across Thailand. This hands-on hunter role focuses on hospitality, healthcare, corporate wellness, airlines/F&B, and multi-brand wholesale partners in tier-2 cities.

What you will do

• Build and manage a structured B2B pipeline across hospitality, healthcare, corporate wellness, airlines/F&B, and wholesale.

• Generate new business through cold outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposals, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and retention.

• Develop relationships with hotel GMs, procurement heads, hospital supply chain teams, and corporate HR/Admin stakeholders.

• Onboard and support wholesale partners with product training, sell-in, merchandising, and replenishment.

• Track pipeline activity, competitor insights, pricing, and account progress in CRM.

Who we are looking for

• 5+ years of B2B sales, key account management, or business development experience in Thailand.

• Experience in at least two of these sectors: hospitality, healthcare, corporate, F&B/airline, or wholesale distribution.

• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder procurement, tenders, or program approvals.

• Strong hunter mindset, commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and pipeline discipline.

• Fluent Thai and professional English communication skills.

• Experience with premium consumer goods, footwear, uniforms, workwear, or wellness products is an advantage.

Working arrangement

• Full-time permanent position based in Bangkok.

• Domestic travel is required.

• Individual contributor role with no direct reports.
