ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Conduct market & route-to-market assessment, to identify business opportunity-risk and strategic implication, from provided market & category analytic reports from market intelligence & business analytics team, available data platforms and reports e.g. Euromonitor, Global Data, etc., and on-ground market visit with commercial team
- Analyze sales performance, profit-loss statement, and other operational KPIs and able to identify opportunity and challenge : Sell-in, Depletion, Inventory, SKU mixed, Revenue, Margin, A&P budget spending, Profit-loss, Distribution coverage, Key Account Performance, etc
- Closely work with country manager(s) in order to construct a 3-year strategic projection i.e Sales, Category, and Channel strategy and ensure execution delivered as agreed timeline, as well as, the suggestion of ideal business-RTM model and potential partner qualifications.
- Drive results of assigned projects across functions, with Country, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams.
JOB SPECIFICATION AND KEY COMPETENCY:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields
- - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Export-International business management, Business development, Sales-Channel management, and Partner-distributor management (Traditional & Modern Trade), etc.
- Rich experienced in looking for new market opportunity and distributorship in foods and beverage industries, in emerging countries, outside SEA is a plus
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen with solid negotiation and partner management skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong collaboration and growth mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in English, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Mature, proactive, and results-oriented with strong stakeholder management capability
