Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic person to lead and manage the full scope of our high involvement products . This senior leadership role will oversee marketing strategy , sales performance, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure all project goals are achieved on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and executing long-term business strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Managing brand strategy and the product portfolio for market competitiveness.
- Using data analysis to derive insights about consumer behavior and market trends.
- Lead overall sales performance and results across all active project sites.
- Develop and implement marketing - sales strategies and construction, that align with corporate targets.
- Plan and manage construction operations to ensure compliance with design standards, cost targets, quality benchmarks, and schedule requirements.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and provide strategic insights.
- Coordinate with design teams, development groups, and related stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive marketing and sales initiatives to achieve and exceed established targets.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including construction, sales, and marketing groups, to deliver project success.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of direct experience in leading revenue into Business Unit
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and achieve assigned goals.
- Strong experience in management skills.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, including competitor analyst, buyer behavior, and sales/marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans tailored to project objectives.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
