Position: AFR Capacity Management Specialist
Location: Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok (and will move to AIA East Gateway on May onwards)
Key Responsibilities: -
- Plans route and manages booking space with carriers as customers requirement.
- Process space booking with airlines.
- Set up the customers clearance date according to the customers requirement together with the carriers acceptance to launch in cargo to the airlines terminal.
- Check the Daily Outward Planning and rebooking for any offloaded shipments.
- Monitors and optimizes cargo flows via gateway and station direct to carriers.
Qualification: -
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business with deep knowledge of AFR.
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good MS Office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint )
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Can work well under pressure.
