Position: AFR Capacity Management Specialist
Location: Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok (and will move to AIA East Gateway on May onwards)
Key Responsibilities: -
. Plans route and manages booking space with carriers as customers requirement.
. Process space booking with airlines.
. Set up the customers clearance date according to the customers requirement together with the carriers acceptance to launch in cargo to the airlines terminal.
. Check the Daily Outward Planning and rebooking for any offloaded shipments.
. Monitors and optimizes cargo flows via gateway and station direct to carriers.
Qualification: -
. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
. At least 3 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business with deep knowledge of AFR.
. Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
. Strong problem-solving skills.
. Good communication and negotiation skills.
. Good MS Office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint )
. Good command of both spoken and written English.
. Can work well under pressure.
