Role Overview

The Catalyst Consultant – Application Transformation plays a critical role in shaping and delivering our application modernization, data/AI, and workflow transformation engagements. This role acts as a bridge between consulting delivery, practice leadership, sales, and solutioning teams to drive growth, influence customer strategy, and ensure successful outcomes post‑sale.

This is a high‑impact consulting position suited for individuals with strong business consulting skills, technical fluency, and a proven ability to lead client conversations and shape opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor consultants, contributing to capability development across the practice.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead or contribute to application transformation engagements across modernization, cloud, data, and AI solution areas.
  • Provide advisory services, roadmaps, and assessments that align business priorities with technology outcomes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Solution Architects, and Practice Leads to shape and progress opportunities.
  • Contribute to proposal development, bid reviews, and value proposition creation.
  • Support post‑sales delivery engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of advisory guidance.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency, high‑quality delivery, and alignment to practice strategy.
  • Support practice development initiatives including methodologies, reusable assets, and internal frameworks.

  • Measurable contribution to pipeline creation by identifying, shaping, and progressing opportunities with Sales, Practice Leads, and Solution Architects.
  • Value Proposition & Deal Acceleration
  • Ability to craft clear, differentiated value propositions that support bid success and accelerate sales cycles across Application Transformation, Data/AI, and ServiceNow‑adjacent workflows.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Impact in working with Sales, Delivery, Solutioning, and Practice teams to develop integrated solutions and ensure strong pursuit governance.
  • Customer Success & Post‑Sales Engagement
  • Contribution to successful delivery outcomes, customer satisfaction, and expansion of follow‑on opportunities through continued advisory involvement.
  • Consulting Quality & Practice Contribution
  • Production of high‑quality deliverables, thought leadership, playbooks, and repeatable assets that raise the maturity and capability of the Consulting practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in consulting
  • Demonstrated success in leading or contributing to consulting engagements
  • Strong understanding of application modernization, cloud-native architectures, data strategy, and AI trends
  • Experience or exposure to ServiceNow workflows / platform capabilities
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
  • PMP, cloud certifications, or ServiceNow certifications
  • Experience in business consulting, enterprise transformation, or technology strategy roles
