Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for CDN and Domain Experts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing multi-CDN setups, analyzing delivery performance, troubleshooting CDN or DNS-related issues, and implementing solutions to enhance content delivery. You will also collaborate with engineering teams to deploy robust CDN strategies, monitor infrastructure performance, and ensure exceptional uptime for clients applications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in multi-CDN orchestration, DNS management, and content delivery strategies
• Proficiency in performance analysis and optimization techniques for CDNs and DNS systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex CDN and domain-related issues
• Familiarity with web protocols (HTTP, HTTPS) and network technologies like TCP/IP and load balancing
• Experience with CDN platforms, DNS services, and monitoring tools
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering and technical teams
• Proficiency in scripting/programming for process automation (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
