Key Responsibilities & Achievements
Sales & Business Management
• Drive overall sales performance of assigned branches to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and performance improvement plans to boost productivity.
• Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee portfolio quality, ensuring healthy loan growth and risk-controlled operations.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and financial performance across all branches.
Branch Operations Management
• Supervise day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Standardize sales practices and operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure branches deliver excellent service quality and maintain strong customer relationships.
Leadership & People Development
• Guide and support Branch Managers and sales teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Develop branch sales competencies through training programs, field visits, and continuous development plans.
• Lead performance review sessions and identify high-potential talents for career advancement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in sales management, branch management, or financial services (banking, lending, leasing, credit, or related).
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing multi-branch teams.
• Excellent analytical thinking, sales planning, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of financial products, credit process, and risk management is an advantage.
• Ability to travel to branches frequently.
