Job Description

  • To ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channels
  • To develop & drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office & a team distributed at project sites (direct reporting to this role & dotted-line reporting to respective site head)
  • To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter
  • To ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners
  • To implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
  • To ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones
  • To liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners
  • To prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same
  • To develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners
  • To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
  • To oversee organization of channel-related events
  • To leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches
  • To ensure constantly improving channel partner experience
