Chief Financial Officer

Company Overview:

Our client is a leading listed company in Thailand with a strong reputation for innovation and sustainable growth. They are now seeking a strategic, solution-oriented CFO to lead the finance function and partner with executive leadership in driving business performance.

Role Purpose:

The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring robust financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency. This role will serve as a key advisor to the CEO, management team, and the Board, supporting strategic decision-making, growth initiatives, and investment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company's finance function, including accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability
• Act as a strategic business partner to management and the Board in decision-making and long-term planning
• Oversee investment analysis, capital allocation, and funding strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
• Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a listed or large-scale organization
• Strong expertise in investment, financial management, and corporate strategy
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic mindset with excellent business partnering skills
• High integrity, mature judgment, and excellent communication skills
