We are currently expanding our network within the Finance & Accounting executive community in the FMCG industry and are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing leadership team. This role is ideal for senior finance professionals who excel in strategic financial management, business partnering, and leading high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and risk management.
- Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, internal control, and compliance functions.
- Drive financial performance, profitability improvement, and sustainable growth across the organization.
- Lead long-term financial strategy, capital structure planning, and investment decision-making.
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to support corporate strategy and business expansion.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and operational efficiency across all business units.
- Manage and mentor Finance & Accounting teams to build capability and drive excellence.
Qualifications
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Solid experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong business acumen and proven experience driving strategic financial initiatives.
- Expertise in financial modeling, corporate finance, and enterprise risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
