Job Purpose
To lead, manage, and optimize end-to-end sales performance and sales support operations, including credit loan sales, POS and agent channels, loan documentation management, and post-loan administration, in order to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability in alignment with organizational strategy.
Job Responsibility
1. Credit Loan Sales & Channel Management
- Lead and manage new credit loan sales operations
- Oversee and expansion of internal sales channels including POS, Direct Sales & Telesales
- Oversee and expansion of External agent sales channels
- Develop and manage KPI frameworks for sales channels
- Plan and execute POS promotions and sales campaigns
- Optimize utilization of internal & external customer databases
- Monitor and improve sales productivity and conversion rates
2. Sales Performance Management & Analytics
- Establish sales performance data collection and management systems
- Analyze sales performance, trends, and channel effectiveness
- Assign sales targets and monitor achievement
- Prepare and present performance reports to Management
- Design incentive and reward mechanisms aligned with targets
3. Sales Support & Loan Documentation Operations
- Oversee loan documentation process planning and execution
- Manage loan document input, storage, and tracking systems
- Supervise loan application and T&C stock management
- Control post-loan application documentation processes
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
4. Asset & Collateral Management
- Oversee collateral and vehicle title asset management
- Manage title return processes to customers
- Control custody, reconciliation, and risk of physical assets
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
5. Post-Loan Service & Customer Information Management
- Supervise customer personal data change processes
- Manage NCB notification letter issuance
- Oversee customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery
- Ensure service quality and SLA compliance
6. Financial & P&L Performance Management
- Manage sales and support operational budgets
- Monitor cost efficiency and channel profitability
- Evaluate ROI of sales campaigns and POS promotions
- Support management in revenue and margin planning
7. Leadership & Organizational Management
- Lead and develop three Team Heads and their respective teams
- Set performance standards and accountability culture
- Develop talent pipeline and succession plans
- Promote cross-functional collaboration
8. Governance, Risk & Process Improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, policy, and internal control requirements
- Manage operational and documentation risks
- Drive process improvement and system enhancement initiatives
- Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, IT, and Legal teams
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields or Master's Degree (MBA / Management / Finance) is an advantage
- Professional certifications in Sales Management, Financial Services, or Leadership are a plus
- At least 5 years in senior management / director-level roles overseeing multi-team operations
- Proven experience in managing:
-Multi-channel sales (POS, Direct Sales, Agent)
-Credit loan sales and performance management
-Sales support and loan documentation operations
-Asset / collateral management processes
- Strong track record in driving revenue growth, productivity, and profitability
- Experience working with executive management and board-level reporting
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams through senior managers and team heads
- Strong people development, coaching, and succession planning capability
