Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven client acquisition executive responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and acquiring new customers for the company's ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, references, digital platforms, and field visits.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
  • Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Manage the complete client acquisition cycle from lead generation to business closure.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities within defined timelines.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the implementation, support, and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales pipeline, and activity reports in CRM/Bitrix.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business, renewals, and referrals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Handle client queries and escalations professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in client acquisition, business development, sales, or software solution sales.
  • Experience in ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, SaaS, or IT software sales will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Bitrix, MS Excel, and email communication.
