We are looking for an energetic and target-driven business development representative (BDR) to generate qualified business opportunities for the company's ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, client outreach, appointment scheduling, and nurturing potential customers to support the sales pipeline and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other outbound channels.
- Research prospective clients and identify key decision-makers.
- Initiate contact with potential customers and introduce the company's products and services.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the business development or sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM/Bitrix.
- Update CRM with accurate lead details, communication history, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Understand client business challenges and communicate suitable ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and software solutions.
- Support proposal follow-ups and pre-sales coordination whenever required.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive first impression for prospective clients.
- Ensure timely responses to enquiries received through calls, emails, websites, and digital campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in business administration, marketing, commerce, IT, or any related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, business development, telecalling, or B2B sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, SaaS, Cloud, or IT software sales will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
