- Develop and implement client development strategies across Thailand boutiques
- Roll out CRM initiatives and loyalty programs to enhance client engagement
- Support retail teams in strengthening client outreach and relationship management
- Analyze client data and business performance to drive strategic decisions
- Ensure consistency in client experience across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with regional teams to align local initiatives with global strategy
- Provide insights and feedback on local client trends and expectations

- Strong experience in client development within luxury retail
- Passion for high jewelry, art, and client experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Fluent in English and Thai
