Your impact:

As a Mid-level / Senior Cloud Engineer at Amity Solutions, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and operating our cloud infrastructure platforms that power both traditional SaaS workloads and AI-driven applications.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to ensure our cloud environments are scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-efficient, while also enabling modern AI/ML workflows. This role goes beyond infrastructure maintenanceyou will help shape how cloud platforms support Generative AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI-enabled services across the organization.

Your work will directly impact system stability, developer productivity, AI experimentation speed, and the overall reliability of our enterprise platforms.

Your team:

You will join the Platform Team, a cross-functional group responsible for cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, security foundations, and operational excellence.

The team works closely with backend, frontend, data, and AI engineers to enable fast, safe, and scalable product delivery. We value ownership, clear communication, and automation-first thinking across the platform lifecycle.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with application, data, and AI teams to design cloud-native and cost-efficient solutions
• Operate and continuously improve Kubernetes platforms and container-based workloads
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Pulumi
• Design, operate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines following DevOps and GitOps best practices
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and costs; proactively identify and resolve issues
• Ensure cloud security, compliance, and best practices across environments
• Support serverless architectures and event-driven workloads (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Functions)
• Enable and support AI/ML workloads, including infrastructure for model training, inference, and AI-driven workflows
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI/ML workloads and internal AI systems
• Document platform designs, operational procedures, and architectural decisions
• (Senior level) Provide technical leadership, review designs, and mentor junior engineers

Your ideal profile:

For Mid-level Cloud Engineer

• 35 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and container platforms
• Good understanding of cloud security fundamentals and operational best practices
• Ability to work independently on core infrastructure responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication

For Senior Cloud Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps
• Proven experience designing and evolving cloud architectures at scale
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes platform operations and cloud-native architectures
• Experience leading technical decisions and mentoring other engineers
• Ability to balance reliability, security, cost optimization, and developer experience

Common qualifications

• Must be native in Thai
• Experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with serverless and event-driven architectures
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus
• Experience integrating or supporting AI/ML workloads and MCP configuration is highly valued
• Strong collaboration, communication, and an ownership mindset
