The Role

As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee a group of account executives, associates, and managers managing a substantial portfolio of brand partners. You'll be responsible for ensuring team performance, driving client satisfaction, and managing the cluster's profitability. This is a high-impact leadership role, perfect for someone with strong people management, strategic thinking, and commercial skills.

Key responsibility

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of account executives, associates, and managers, ensuring their performance aligns with company objectives and KPIs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of the cluster, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty and delivering business performance.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the cluster, ensuring profitability and budget adherence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments (e.g., integrated marketing communication, digital marketing, live streaming production, graphic design) to deliver exceptional results in a timely manner.
  • Talent Development: Identify and develop high-potential talent within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges and issues that arise within the cluster, providing timely solutions and guidance to the team.

Qualifications & Skills


  • 5+ years experience in relevant sales and marketing, marketing and communication, e-commerce managers, key-account manager or other related roles.
  • Data-focused, advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce landscape such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok or in Creative/ Marketing agency
  • Good communication and client facing skills
  • Able to communicate well in English
