Commercial Finance Manager

Purpose of the Job:

• A strategic business partner, connecting financial data to operational actions to drive profitable growth, and informed decision-making
• Collaborates with distributors, marketing, and operations to drive business strategy, ensuring financial objectives are aligned with commercial plans.
• Leads forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting, providing insights into revenue trends and cost-to-serve
• Evaluates financial risks and opportunities, creating business cases for investments, promotions, or new product launches

Responsibilities:

• 1YP and Monthly P&L Review & Analysis
• Drive 1YP and Quarterly commercial game plans into execution, working closely with distributors
• Lead Value Chain for Portfolio and Optimization Analysis
• Lead S&M Budget Management
• Being a Gatekeeper and Key Contact Person with SEA Finance Team
• Monthly LE Submission
• Monthly Volume and Inventory Review with Distributor
• Innovation Volume Forecast
• CAPEX Review & Management
• Lead Ad-hoc Financial Analysis (Price Change / Sourcing Change, etc.)

Requirements

• 5 years experience in Commercial and/or Finance Role, alcohol/consumer goods is preferred.
• Alcohol industry work experience, commercial and general management experiences are preferred
• Intellectual firepower and balanced skillset (numbers, presentation, interpersonal, organizational)
• Strong Financial and P&L management skill
• Commercial/growth Mindset
• Fluent in Thai and English
• Strong in Power Point and Excel
