Mobility Insight is a Joint Venture Data-as-a-Service company founded by Toyota Motor Thailand, SCGJWD Logistics, and True Leasing. We are building Thailand's first Mobility Intelligence Platform by consolidating national-scale mobility datasets into a secure data lake and monetizing it through mobility intelligence products.
We provide neutral data products such as Driver Score API, fleet insurance underwriting datasets, truck pool & backhaul intelligence, and traffic heatmap APIs. We do not compete with customers—we empower them.
This role is a critical leadership position responsible for building Mobility Insight's commercial engine from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Mobility Insight's full commercial strategy and revenue delivery roadmap.
- Lead enterprise sales and partnerships for mobility data products across key industries: insurance, logistics, leasing, retail, smart city, and government.
- Build the go-to-market strategy including packaging, pricing, and customer segmentation.
- Drive JV-first commercialization strategy by activating Toyota / SCGJWD / True Leasing ecosystems.
- Manage enterprise sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closing.
- Develop customer pitch materials and the Mobility Insight Data Showroom approach.
- Lead customer negotiation and strategic partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with CTO and product teams to define product roadmap based on market demand.
- Hire and manage sales executives and build a high-performance sales culture.
- Ensure Mobility Insight maintains its neutrality positioning to build ecosystem trust.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals (multi-million THB contracts).
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, API products, or SaaS commercialization.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build commercial function from scratch.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling to insurance companies, logistics enterprises, or government agencies.
- Familiarity with data marketplace, DaaS, API monetization models.
- Experience in a start-up environment or building a new business unit.
- Strong network in Thailand enterprise ecosystem.
