Position Overview

The Commercial Sales & Rental Consultant plays a key role in FazWaz's commercial real estate expansion across Thailand. This position focuses on developing a high-quality portfolio of commercial properties, establishing strong client relationships, and delivering consistent sales and leasing performance. Over time, this role will evolve into a leadership position, responsible for building and managing a dedicated commercial sales team.

Core Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify, acquire, and manage commercial property listings - office, retail, hospitality, and industrial.
  • Establish partnerships with developers, landlords, and investors.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Bangkok's commercial sector.

2. Sales & Leasing


  • Manage the full sales and leasing lifecycle from inquiry to deal closure.
  • Negotiate lease terms, sale agreements, and pricing to achieve optimal results.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

3. Client Relationship Management


  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
  • Provide market insights, pricing advice, and investment recommendations.
  • Deliver professional property presentations and support clients through all transaction stages.

4. Team Development (Growth Track)


  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new commercial agents as the division grows.
  • Mentor junior consultants to improve performance and professionalism.

5. Reporting & Collaboration


  • Participate in weekly and bi-weekly sales meetings, presenting activity reports and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives for commercial division growth.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 3–5 years of commercial property sales or leasing experience in Thailand.
  • Proven track record in closing transactions and managing client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Thai & English).
  • Strong understanding of Bangkok's commercial property market and key investment zones.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ambition.

  • Number of successful transactions closed monthly.
  • Total revenue generated per quarter.
  • Growth of commercial listing inventory.
  • Client satisfaction and referral rate.
