Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading the development and execution of EZVIZ Thailand's marketing strategy, in alignment with regional and global brand directions. Plan and drive integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, expand market share, and accelerate product adoption in the Thailand market.

  • Integrated Marketing Strategy (ATL + BTL)

Coordinate with sales, product, and HQ teams to develop local marketing strategies. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing, ATL media exposure, BTL activations, product launches, and seasonal promotional campaigns to support business and sales objectives.

  • Social Media Management

Oversee EZVIZ Thailand's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), working with agencies and HQ teams to develop localized content strategies, optimize engagement, and strengthen brand presence.

  • KOL / Influencer Management

Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies by identifying relevant KOLs and creators, coordinating collaborations, tracking deliverables, and evaluating campaign performance.

  • Channel Marketing & Offline Activation

Collaborate with channel partners and sales teams to execute in-store marketing initiatives, including POSM development, shop branding, merchandising, roadshows, exhibitions, and offline promotional activities.

  • Market Insights & Competitive Analysis

Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to generate insights that support marketing strategies and business decisions.

  • Marketing Performance & Reporting

Track marketing campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize future marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Professional skills / knowledge:

  • Good knowledge about Digital Marketing (social media management and influencer management and Integrated Marketing Strategy);
  • Good relationship with media, KOLs and some marketing agencies;
  • At least three years working experience in Marketing Communications or Digital Marketing position.

Desirable skills:

  • Good communication skills in English and local language;
  • Ability to work independently as well as teamwork;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize task;
  • Must have proactive work attitude;
  • Good campaign management skills
