Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To organize and deliver quality company secretary service that includes scheduling meetings, arranging meeting venues, drafting meeting materials, ensuring timely distribution, attending meetings and submitting any documents
  • To maintain and update information and records of all affiliates e.g. company register, meeting materials, list of stakeholder and directors
  • To act as focal point for any company secretary matters with clear and effective communication to stakeholder
  • To assist in establishing and managing procedures to create and maintain consistent, aligned processes and high-quality standards of company secretary service
  • To assist in handling ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher with major in Laws, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience working in company secretary
  • A self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with stakeholder
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and confidence to be able to respond clearly to queries and questions
  • Have knowledge in the fields of corporate laws, securities laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
