Job Description

Position Description: A Compensation & Benefits Specialist plays a crucial role in

designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that

attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The specialist also collaborates closely with HR

teams, management, and external partners to ensure that compensation and benefits

Strategies are competitive and effective, and aligned with the organization's goals

Responsibilities:

1. Salary and Bonus Programs:

Manage the salary offer process for candidates, ensuring alignment with our job grades, salary structure, and market salary data.

Lead the annual salary review process, providing insights and recommendations to ensure an equitable and performance-driven salary structure and adjustments.

Develop and manage bonus and incentive programs that align with company goals and motivate high performance.

2. HR Analytics:

Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.

Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Cooperate with the Organization, HRIS, and EIT.

3. Compensation Strategy:

Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute the compensation strategy that is aligned with business objectives.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the organization's Compensation packages remain competitive within the OEM automotive industry.

Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations for adjustments to ensure attraction and retention of top talent.

4. Benefits Management:

Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other relevant offerings.

Evaluating the benefits portfolio to meet employee needs.

5. Compliance and Governance:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all compensation, benefits, and immigration practices.

Stay updated with industry trends, legal changes, and immigration updates to adapt strategies accordingly.

6. Communication and Education:

Effectively communicate compensation, benefits, and immigration-related matters to employees, addressing inquiries and providing education on available offerings.

Collaborate with HR and communication teams to develop engaging communication materials.

7. Other tasks:

Coordinate payroll report, shift schedules, attendance records, overtime, and leave requests.

Effectively handling temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency in both Thai and English languages (both written and verbal) is required. Additionally, the ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive

informed decisions.

Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards

about compensation and benefits.

High level of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
