- Owning the entire compensation & benefits framework for Thailand
- Re-shaping salary structures, grading, and incentive schemes to match business growth
- Leading annual salary and bonus cycles — with real influence on outcomes
- Bringing market intelligence: benchmarking, competitor analysis, and data-backed insights
- Partnering directly with senior stakeholders (not just HR) to drive pay decisions
- Acting as the go-to expert on all things total rewards
What They're Looking For (No Fluff)
- 7–12 years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
- You've run cycles yourself, not just supported them
- Strong grounding in salary benchmarking, job architecture, and incentives
- Comfortable pushing back and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience in retail / FMCG / fast-paced environments is highly relevant
- Data-driven, commercially aware, and not afraid of complexity
