Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Complex Project Manager: ADM Innovation, you will lead and manage IBM's largest and most complex ADM or Cloud Manage client commitments, ensuring successful delivery of IT, business, and client requirements. You will be accountable for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, applying project management techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead Project Teams: Manage project resources and establish effective communication plans with the team and clients to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Manage Scope and Deliverables: Oversee scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, applying project management techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
- Develop Communication Plans: Establish effective communication plans with the team and clients to ensure clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
- Analyze Business Challenges: Apply strong analytical skills to understand business and IT challenges, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Manage Risk: Identify and mitigate risks associated with complex technical, business, financial, and human resources issues, often global in scope with cross-brand services.

- Managing Complex Projects: Experience with managing large-scale, complex projects, including scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, with a strong focus on applying project management techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
- Business and IT Analysis: Experience in analyzing business and IT challenges, developing innovative solutions, and applying strategic thinking to drive business outcomes.
- Contract Management: Experience with managing complex business outsourcing contracts, including advising on large or complex engagements and applying deal-making techniques to complex opportunities.
- Risk Management: Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with complex technical, business, financial, and human resources issues, often global in scope with cross-brand services.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading high-performing project teams, establishing effective communication plans, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
