Manage tournaments operation, leagues, and major esports events from planning to execution.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports/Esports Management.
Experience in project coordination, operations, or event management.
Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management (internal & external).
Problem-solving under pressure (especially during live events or tournaments).
Genuine interest in gaming and esports culture.
Up-to-date knowledge of popular competitive titles.
Awareness of player communities and esports ecosystem trends.
