Compliance (Manager - Senior Manager)(Digital Asset Background)

**This role will be working on-site 5 days digital asset experience is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance team in developing and monitoring compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory standards
• Identify compliance vulnerabilities and formulate corrective action plans to mitigate risks
• Review marketing materials and product offerings for regulatory compliance before launch
• Communicate compliance issues and facilitate risk assessments with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare the organization for SEC audits and manage licensing applications effectively
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring programs to ensure adherence to regulations
• Engage with senior management to report on compliance risks and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related fiel
• 10+ years of experience in compliance management roles, particularly in digital asset
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practice
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills to guide compliance initiative
• Strong negotiation skills for effective communication with regulators on complex issue
• Ability to analyze compliance data and provide actionable insights to stakeholder
• Experience in crisis management and response related to compliance breache
• Be able to communicate and negotiate with regulators on complex issue
