Job Description

Compliance Officer opportunity with a focus on AML/CFT for a leading global payment platform's expansion in Thailand.

Detailed Role Highlights:

  • Policy & Procedure: Lead the development, writing, and review of all local AML/CFT policies, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Operational Compliance: Take charge of the daily AML/CFT lifecycle, including client and payment channel onboarding, ongoing monitoring, transaction surveillance, and risk assessments.
  • Regulatory Interface: Act as a key point of contact for regulatory inquiries and manage compliance inspections from banking and payment partners.
  • Strategic Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and the board on compliance status, project progress, and the evolving regulatory landscape.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 5 years of dedicated AML/CFT experience within the Thai jurisdiction.
  • Holder of a recognized certification (e.g., CAMS, ICA) is required.
  • Proven ability to interact with regulators and translate regulatory changes into business impact.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Thai.
