Designed as a haven of peace and rejuvenation, the resort combines THE BARAI's iconic architectural grace with personalized sensory experiences that reflect the essence of Thai hospitality.

Description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Concierge Supervisor is responsible to assist the Assistant Manager - Concierge in managing the guest service department to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Concierge operation and administration.

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality with Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel front office or concierge experience, preferably in a luxury or international hotel.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in guest services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar)
