- Plan, create, and manage TikTok content aligned with BEARHOUSE brand direction and current trends
- Edit short-form videos, write captions, and ensure content is engaging and platform-friendly
- Develop creative concepts and TikTok campaign ideas, including viral content angles
- Coordinate models, talents, and creators for production when required
- Manage TikTok content/campaign budget planning and usage
2) Social Media Content Creation (All Platforms)
- Create, manage, and schedule content across BEARHOUSE social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and videos
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand tone, style, and communication goals
3) Trend, Consumer & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and product performance to guide content direction
- Provide insights to support content strategy, promotions, and campaign ideation
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, formats, sounds, and creator behavior to keep content relevant
4) Campaign Support & Performance Reporting
- Support campaign planning, execution, and content rollout across all social channels
- Track weekly performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and campaign results
- Prepare weekly/campaign reports with insights and optimization recommendations
Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Communication Arts/Marketing/Digital Media or related field
- s2–3 years in social media management (TikTok/content creation preferred
- )Skilled in video editing and content creation tool
- sAble to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, Canva AI, analytics tools) for ideation & productivit
