What You'll Drive

  • Planning and Activity Management: Plan, design, and manage after-school courses and activities, including special events and activities for children.
  • Coordination: Coordinate and provide guidance to parents regarding courses and activities; collaborate with teachers, staff, and relevant internal departments.
  • Partner Management: Negotiate and work with external partners to develop and launch new courses or activities, including analyzing and comparing costs and proposals.
  • Internal Administration: Oversee accounting related to courses and activities, manage budgets, and serve as an advisor for the team's planning efforts.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing school Extra Curricular Activities (ECA).
  • Good proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Canva.
