About the role
They are looking for a Content Marketing Intern to support the creation of engaging digital content for a HR technology platform that automates core HR workflows.
This role focuses on producing short-form video content, visual assets, and marketing materials that communicate product value clearly and creatively. You will use AI tools to enhance content production while applying strong fundamentals in video editing and design to polish final outputs.
What You'll Do
- Create short-form marketing videos using AI tools (text-to-video, image-to-video, avatar-based or generative platforms)
- Develop visual content and artwork for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Support end-to-end content creation, including:
- Understanding product features and target audience
- Writing concise scripts and content captions
- Generating video drafts using AI tools
- Editing and refining final videos
- Design simple graphics, thumbnails, and promotional materials
- Research content trends and experiment with new AI tools and workflows
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with brand messaging
What They're Looking For
- Currently enrolled university student (preferable Marketing, Media, Communications, Film, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related fields)
- Strong understanding of basic video editing fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
- Familiar with AI video generation tools and how to use them effectively
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
